About The Coach

When I first became a leader, I had the wrong idea about what leadership meant. I watched others around me and copied what I saw—being aggressive, giving harsh feedback, and focusing only on profit. I thought showing care for my team or being sensitive to their needs was a weakness.
I was trying to be what I thought a “real leader” should be, hiding parts of myself that didn’t fit that image. I pushed harder, worked longer hours, and became increasingly disconnected from my team and myself.
Eventually, this approach led me to complete burnout. I realized something fundamental was missing. I had lost touch with my natural empathy, intuition, and ability to connect—what I now recognize as my feminine energy.
I began exploring integration work, discovering the parts of myself I had rejected and pushed into the background. I learned that true strength comes from wholeness—embracing both the directive, analytical side and the intuitive, collaborative side of leadership.
This coaching program is the result of years of personal transformation. It represents my journey home to my complete self and the powerful leadership that emerges when we integrate all parts of who we are.
